Funeral Program Maker helps families create funeral programs, printed materials, and related writing. The information you enter can include names, dates, service details, obituary wording, family notes, and photos.

Information We Process

The builder stores draft program details and prepared photo copies in your browser. To make saving and paid PDF generation reliable, prepared photo copies are also backed up privately to our storage. Paid checkout and delivery flows process checkout email, selected plan, payment session status, generated PDFs, and delivery status.

Photo And Draft Retention

Unpaid anonymous drafts and their backed-up photos are scheduled for deletion after 30 days of inactivity. Reopening the draft refreshes that period. A photo removed or replaced in a draft is retained for up to 7 days so undo can work, then it is deleted if it remains unused. Paid projects are not deleted by the unpaid-draft cleanup rule. Browser storage may be cleared sooner by your browser or device.

Payments And Email

Card payment fields are handled by Stripe. Funeral Program Maker does not store card numbers. Delivery emails are sent through Resend using the email address you provide at checkout.

AI Writing

If you use AI-assisted obituary writing, the memorial facts and wording you submit are sent to the configured AI writing provider to generate or revise text. Do not submit information you do not want processed for that purpose.
